## Summary

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service, located in Edinburgh, has recently completed a public procurement process for the project entitled "Digital Workplace Transformation - Technical Partner". As part of their Digital Strategy, COPFS aims to modernise their corporate desktop environment, focusing primarily on a cloud migration and the integration of new digital tools to enhance productivity. This procurement, which was executed through the open procedure and falls within the services category, was awarded to Transparity Solutions Ltd after their bid was submitted and accepted. The contract, valued at £211,900, was officially signed on 28 March 2019.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in IT transformation, cloud services, and modern device management. Companies that can provide robust technical support for cloud migrations and are well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 integrations would be especially competitive in future tenders of a similar nature. The project underlines the increasing demand for advanced digital solutions within public sector organisations, highlighting a growing market for suppliers capable of delivering innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and staff productivity.
