The Smarter Choices, Smarter Places programme is enabling the Council to make progress towards achieving the actions of the Active Travel Action Plan and the Local Transport Strategy 2014-2019.The SCSP programme consists of four work packages:* workplaces;* schools;* communities;* research and policy.The Council requires the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to deliver a travel behaviour change project in workplaces, focusing on nudging people towards more sustainable travel to and from work and building awareness of the opportunities for walking and cycling in Edinburgh.
