The site was home to the recently demolished Porthaven Care Home The site lies within Leith Conservation Area. The Association wishes to obtain a tender and programme for this new build development. This tender is to include defects and release of retention. The Building Warrant Drawings are based on a timber frame construction on the upper floors with a solid podium deck construction to the ground floor. Notwithstanding the latter, the choice of the form of construction to the upper floors lies with the tenderer. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Procurement will consist of a Two Stage Process. Stage 1 - Pre Qualification through The European Single Procurement Document (ESPD). Thereafter it is the aim to Invite the Top 5 Bidders to Participate in Stage 2.
