East Renfrewshire Council is seeking a is currently inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies to be appointed to a Framework Agreement for the renewal of windows / screens at various educational and other establishments within East Renfrewshire Council. The purpose of this tender is to (i) Establish a Framework Agreement and (ii) appointment of a contractor under the agreement for the works listed below: Window/Screen/Cladding replacement at the following schools- Carolside Primary School Giffnock Primary School St Lukes Primary School Woodfarm High School. Contract award will be offered as a Framework Agreement, up to a maximum of 5 contractors will be appointed to the Framework Agreement.

Renewal: The anticipated start date for the Framework Agreement contract is no later than 15th of July 2019 or, the council may confirm another start date as detailed in an official letter of acceptance. The contract is for a period of up 2 years up to and including 14th of July 2021 with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
