This will include equipment, consumables and reagents for the provision of services in the following laboratory specialties operating over a number of hospital sites across the Health Board area: - Biochemistry including Core Biochemistry; Immunoassay; specialist Metabolic, Toxicology & Endocrine analysis and other niche specialist biochemistry analysis including the Scottish Trace Metals and Micronutrients Laboratory - Immunology including Autoimmune, Allergy & Flow Cytometry - Haematology - Core Haematology, Coagulation, Specialist Haemostasis, Haemoglobinopathy and Haemato-oncology, including Flow Cytometry - Blood Transfusion - Histocompatability & Immunogenetics - Bacteriology - Virology - Histopathology including core histology, immunocytochemistry and electron microscopy - Cytology - non-gyn cytology - Genetics - Point of Care Testing Equipment across a number of laboratory specialties including Blood Gas Analysis, HBA1C,
