Suppliers should ensure they are equipped to deliver quality services and comply with the procurement stipulations to successfully compete for this contract. ## Notice Early Learning and Childcare Partner Centre Provision 2019-2020 ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Moray Council has a duty, under Section 1 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980, to provide appropriate Early Learning & Childcare for children in the Moray area who are aged five and under, and who have not yet commenced attendance at school. Partner providers of Early Learning & Childcare in Moray are entitled to receive funding for children born between 1st March 2015 and 28th February 2017. Funding is also available for children born between 20th August 2014 and 28th February 2015 who do not yet attend school. The level of funding is determined annually by The Moray Council. The funding level for 2019-2020 financial year is as per attached Agreement. Interested suppliers are required to submit the following documentation on application: A valid Care Inspectorate Registration Certificate A copy of their Public Liability Insurance (minimum GBP5 million) A copy of their Employee Liability Insurance This information should be returned by 5pm on Monday 7th June 2019. If hand delivering please ensure you ask someone to collect from you and do not leave at the access point..
