When a Contracting Authority has a requirement for Services, a mini-competition shall be undertaken by that Contracting Authority. Further information on the procedure for conducting mini-competitions under the Framework is set out in Section 4.3 of this ITT. Tenderers should note that no Call Off Contracts are guaranteed to any Tenderers by appointment to the Framework. The Council does not guarantee that any of the Contracting Authorities will require to purchase Services under the Framework or otherwise and nothing in this ITT or a Framework Agreement shall give any Tenderers any right to receive orders for Services. Improving the region's digital infrastructure is key to the long-term future of the local economy.
