The aim of the surveys is to identify how services are valued by tenants and owners, the level of their satisfaction within the different elements of the housing management and maintenance teams, their views on customer service, the quality of their homes, their neighbourhood and to assess where improvements are necessary based on feedback as well as seeking views on future service delivery. The Association's wish is that face-to-face interviews are held. The Association currently has 1036 live tenancies and 200 factored owners and our aim is to survey as close to 70% of the total as possible.
