### Lot Information

Lot 1

To provide maintenance, consumables (excluding paper) and associated software for the SPCB's existing Fleet of 146 MFDs located at the Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood, Edinburgh and across Scotland at MSP's Local Offices. MFDs located at Holyrood are managed by SafeCom Print Management software. A new reporting suite is also required. 25 New MFDs will be purchased to replace end-of-life devices, and a further 10 devices may be purchased in year 3 of the Contract. A number of MFDs for use in Local Offices will require to be stored, refurbished and moved to new locations throughout the Contract.

Options: Up to 10 new MFDs may be purchased in year 3 Expansion of the SafeCom printing environment to include eCopy ShareScan Office or Enterprise
