### Lot Information

Hire of Scafolding Materials

The Purchaser requires the hire of access and working scaffolding materials to complement their current in house provision.

Renewal: The Purchaser shall have the option to extending the contract (either singly or in phases) for a further period (or periods) of up to two years after the expiry of the term. Factors such as Market Condition, Contractor Performance and Purchasers' requirements will all be considered regarding the option to extend.

Design, Supply and Construction of Scaffolding

The Purchaser has the requirement for the Design, Supply and Construction of various types of Scaffolding, such as: -Independent Tier Scaffolding -Kentledge Scaffolding -Putlog Scaffolding -Birdcage Scaffolding -Mobile Tower -Tower Scaffolding (Steel) -Truss-out Scaffold -Scaffolds with Beams -Roof Saddle Scaffold -Splay Scaffold -Tubular Drop Scaffold from steelwork -Cantilever Drop Scaffold -Temporary Roof Scaffold -Loading Platforms
