Lot 1

Full Energy Performance Contract which minimises the initial capital cost to the University of building a CHP; and which will pay back over a period of time. RGU is seeking to place an Energy Performance Contract for a Twelve [12] Year period. The works shall include Design and Build of the Energy Centre, interface with existing Employer installations, and provision of an O&M Service commencing on date of Commercial Operation and then through the Term of the Energy Performance Contract.
