The purpose of the research is to review the current business and make strategic recommendations to improve the financial sustainability of leisure and community services and maximise the benefits to local communities and people.. Renfrewshire Leisure is developing its public health and wellbeing programme to consider the most effective contribution we can make to the Scottish Government's prevention agenda. Renfrewshire Leisure wishes to review its leisure and community services provision in line with this national agenda and council priorities.
