## Summary

The procurement process involves The Skills Development Scotland Co. Limited, located in Glasgow, which is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of web development services. The title of the tender is "Framework Agreement for the Provision of Web Development Services," and it is classified under the services category. This framework will consist of three distinct lots: Digital Experience Design, Front and Back-end Umbraco Development, and Front and Back-end Drupal Development. The procurement method employed is an open procedure with a maximum value of call-off contracts amounting to £3,725,000 over a four-year term. Key dates include the awarding of the contracts on 23 March 2020.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the web development sector, particularly those specialising in digital design and software development. Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in front-end and back-end development, user experience design, and innovative technologies are well-suited to compete. Furthermore, suppliers capable of offering onsite collaboration within the buyer's Glasgow offices may enhance their chances of success, fostering stronger partnerships through direct interaction with the internal teams at Skills Development Scotland.
