RCS requires suppliers to tender for the replacement of their printer fleet. Any solution proposed should meet or exceed the following: All MFD's should operate at 40ppm. All MFD's should have high capacity paper decks All MFD's should be capable of A3 printing 6 MFD's should have dual scan single pass document processors All MFD's should support Mobile printing All MFD's must be secure with locks on all paperdecks. All MFD's should also support secure print release such as Papercut. The proposal for this managed print service should include a full 5 year warranty on all equipment and be fully inclusive of all service, maintenance, labour toner and parts. Tender quotes should be based on a volume of 400,000 mono and 40,000 colour prints per quarter.
