### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Ayr Campus is comprised of three large buildings, Dam Park, Riverside and Aeronautical. All have windows to the front sides and rear. The Dam Park building also has an internal quadrangle area with many windows over looking it. All windows internal and external to be cleaned to a high standard, cladding and associated areas will be shown on a site visit. The work is to be carried out during the summer holiday between mid-July to end of August 2019.. Reach and wash system is adequate for this work. Public and Products insurance minimum liability cover of 5m GBP is required.
