The Property Management Team at Scottish Borders Council manage repairs and maintenance to upkeep and upgrade the fabric of over 800 Council Buildings. SBC are seeking a multi trade, multi supplier framework for a reactive repairs and maintenance service, which can be called from as and when necessary. We intend publishing our framework in lots inviting bids from suitably qualified trade contractors The framework opportunity will be published during w/c 24th of June on this site. Contractors will, be required to submit their responses on PCS-tender..
