## Summary

The Scottish Government is conducting a tender for the "Project Lift - Community Engagement Programme," aimed at improving community engagement in leadership development for health and care services across Scotland. This open procedure, classified under services, is located in Edinburgh with key procurement activities commencing on 19th July 2019, the same date as the deadline for submissions. The project has a budget of £75,000 and requires submissions to be made electronically via the PCS-Tender platform.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in community engagement, event facilitation, and organisational development. Companies with expertise in co-designing events, impact evaluation, and delivering comprehensive reports will be well-positioned to compete for the contract. As this initiative seeks to build leadership capabilities within NHS Scotland, suppliers in the health and social care sector, especially SMEs with a track record in community outreach, may find this tender particularly advantageous.
