### Lot Information

Lot 1

The key outputs expected from this contract are as follows: 1.Facilitating, managing and delivering options appraisal for procurement of the LSO 2.Advise and support preparation of Full Business Case 3.Provide ongoing financial/commercial advise as required by the project. It is expected that these services will be required from March 2019 until December 2020, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.

Options: HIE reserves the right, on giving reasonable written notice from time to time, to require changes to the Services as detailed in the Terms and Conditions. HIE shall not require any such change/s other than where it is permitted by Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
