It is envisaged that the new facilities will be constructed at, or in the vicinity of, the following locations: Houston Primary School, Houston Kirklandneuk Community Centre, Renfrew Dargavel Village, Bishopton Lochfield Playing Fields, Paisley All facilities are programmed for delivery in August 2020. The ELCC at Houston includes for demolition of the existing facility and it is expected that the demolition works will conclude approximately eight weeks post-handover of the new ELCC..
