The appointed supplier is required to supply, deliver and install office furniture to meet The Boards requirements. The items required for the CAMHS project includes the following rooms; - Open Plan Offices - Break out areas - Interview Rooms and various patient facing rooms - Staff Rest Room - Waiting areas and sub-waiting areas The equipment schedule covers the equipment required on a room by room basis as well as listing a more general component summary. These requirements have been set out to allow bidders to understand the scope of the requirements for the project but are subject to change. The Board envisions that associated services includes but is not limited to space planning of open plan offices. Therefore variation in the equipment schedule may be made dependant on costs and efficiencies that may be made in room layouts made by bidders. The furniture that will be supplied should enable staff to hot desk and work flexibly in open plan offices. Each open plan office will require personal lockers and storage space for staff to keep personal belongings and work in progress in when not using a hot desk. There should be appropriate numbers of lockers and shelves for staff working to a 7:10 desk to staff ratio.
