Converge is a pan-Scottish company formation competition and entrepreneurship development programme for staff, students and recent graduates of any Scottish University and Research Institute. The focus of the programme is on developing market engagement and practical skills to carry out business engagement from the ground up including pitch training, business planning and marketing. Over the last nine years Converge has received over 1200 applications and trained 350+ aspiring company founders. Over the course of the programme, we have helped create 130 companies with 80% + survival rate and over 80M GBP funding and investment secured.
