Whiteinch and Scotstoun HA is seeking to procure a single main contractor to undertake maintenance works within their void properties to bring the properties up to their minimum lettable standard prior to re-occupation. The Works include most building trades and the requirement for the Contractor to organise asbestos surveys and removal and disposal of Non Licensed Works, including Notifiable Non-licensed Work (NNLW). The basis of pricing is a Schedule of Rates. Further information is contained within the DRAFT Invitation to Tender Documents.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any further variable periods up to a maximum of two years.
