The UoE has identified an on-going requirement to have the ability to call on the services of a Penetration Testing company as part of a security-testing Framework for the UoE's network and systems run on behalf of all staff and students. Information Security has an ongoing operational requirement to enhance the UoE's information security posture and will help determine the acceptable level of risk in what is recognised as a challenging environment to secure. The purpose of this tender is therefore to: - To determine best value and quality based on the supplier responses. - To continue to provide resilient, reliable services. - Minimise support costs and ensure the UoE is achieving value for money. - To create an agreement that will result in the UoE nominating a sole contractor. - This tender may be subject to post-tender clarification. The UoE has the authority to pass over tenders and approve or not approve award of a contract.. N/A
