Lot 1

Scope of work Project management - manage the co-ordination and delivery of the magazine. Attend start-up meetings and planning meetings at the start of each issue Editorial content - working with the internal team, plan, commission, write and deliver all content Design - design each issue of the magazine to a high standard and within the museum's brand guidelines Production - manage full production of the magazine including proofing, artworking and print Fulfilment and distribution - manage fulfilment and distribution of the magazine to its readership. Operate in line with NMS Standard Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Services https://www.nms.ac.uk/media/1157131/585-standard-tpluscs-services.pdf Bidders should refer to the additional document, Specification - Schedule A for further information.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if there are any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) regulations 2015.

Renewal: National Museums Scotland reserves the right to extend the contract by one year.
