Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of Telecare & Out of Hours repairs call handling services, details of the services and the requirements are set out in the Specification of Requirements document. SBHA is conducting this procurement following an open procedure in accordance with the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 in order to secure the highest number of bidders from which to obtain a Supplier who will provide the most economically advantageous Tender.. Please note: Economic & Financial Standing will be assessed together with an Experian Credit Check. Bidders must have a score of 51 or above to PASS this element. Bidders with a score less than 51 and who have a Parent company with a score of 51 or above may be considered where a parent company guarantee can be issued to SBHA.

Options: SBHA are a growing service provider and this could increase the requirements of this service throughout the duration of the Contract.
