This site is situated, at Morgan Street, Dundee opposite the junction with Craigie Street. The site is the former factory/warehouse buildings bounded by Morgan Street to the west of the site and existing housing developments to the North, East and South of the site. The existing factory/warehouse buildings will be demolished under a separate contract prior to the development commencing.. It is a requirement of planning consent that the existing facade to the east of plot 29 is retained.
