The Prince's Trust is calling for proposals to deliver a well-being service to support and complement our personal and social development activities and employability programmes for young people in Glasgow. The service will be integrated into our Clyde Valley operations to provide one-to-one support for young people over and above our casework / group work. In our experience, vulnerable young people need the right level of support at the right time to ensure they can lead happier and healthier lives. The service to offer prevention and early intervention which is crucial to improving their future mental health and wellbeing. The service sits as part of a much wider mental health project run in partnership with The Prince's Trust Scotland and the Scottish Association for Mental Health, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
