### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works comprise but are not limited to: - a) The removal of trees and tree stumps. b) Carefully removing existing railings, refurbish these railings and replace on completion of the boundary wall works c) Taking down and rebuilding of boundary walls or taking down and replacement of boundary walls with a sectional concrete retaining wall faced with salvaged stonework from the existing boundary walls. d) Restoration and repairs to remaining masonry and brick boundary walls. e) Removing, setting aside and later reinstating in existing position various headstones. f) Undertaking all ancillary works to allow the main boundary wall works to be undertaken including traffic management, excavations, path repairs, protection of existing structures and services both within the churchyard and the public pavement/road along Cunningham Street. g) Remedial groundworks and landscaping h) Traffic management to Cunninghame Street to allow the works to be undertaken. The successful Contractor must carefully plan all construction activities and take appropriate measures to effectively deal with the impact of noise, intrusion into privacy and interference with the day-to-day activities of the occupied dwellings and surrounding residential properties. Contractors must allow in their Tenders for all costs associated with these measures. It should be noted that the exhumation, storage and reinternment of human remains from the graves will be carried out by the Employer. The successful Contractor will require to liaise with the Employer and programme his works according to the agreed programme.
