The proposed new affordable housing project will comprise of 4 x 2 Bed Homes. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Kingdom Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers to develop a small affordable housing development at Main Street, Torryburn using modular/off site construction. The works will include the supply and installation of the modular homes as well as all associated external works including the formation of any drainage, roads, footpaths and parking. The proposed new affordable housing project will comprise of 4 x 2 Bed Homes. It is Kingdom's intention to start on site prior to March 2020 subject to all statutory consents being in place. Suppliers must demonstrate previous experience in the delivery of modular/off site construction preferably within an affordable housing environment. The proposed system must demonstrate flexibility to meet a range of design compliance requirements including Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design and Kingdom's own Design Standards which require building to Scottish Building Regulation's Silver Sustainability Standards.
