SDS are looking to expand and enhance our development offer by providing a range of learning opportunities for people managers at all levels. It is key that all learning delivered is transferable, embedded in work role and recognised as contributing to improvement in competence and confidence of people managers.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The main purpose of this contract will be to work with a supplier to co-design learning interventions which deliver a blended learning offer, which complement the internal elements available through our SDS Academy. Provided through a modular approach - face to face workshops which would be outlined as clear learning journeys with associated learning objectives, utilising innovative methodologies and building in elements around sharing learning and practice (in and out of workshops). Activities which will support applying learning in practice and where improvement in performance can be recognised in the organisation. It is envisaged that these face to face elements of the programme will build on and enhance our current learning offer and support our intention to build skills and confidence for people managers at all levels. The programme should be capable of being accredited by a recognised external awarding body. Face to face elements of our management development programme have previously been delivered, accredited through ILM and consisting of 6 modules:
