There are approximately 150 referrals a year, with the main work streams involving: - Bathroom adaptations (wet floor shower rooms etc). - Minor adaptations (handrails, grab rails, etc). It is envisaged that the successful company will be allocated on average three adaptations a week. Each work item is required to be completed within five working days from instruction. Only companies who have the requisite resource to meet this requirement should submit a tender response. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year period.
