Lot 1

North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") wishes to establish a contract for a single off-the-shelf online mathematics solution to be used by pupils, monitored by teachers, to support the Council raise attainment and close the poverty related attainment gap. . Limited funding (around 50k GBP) has been secured for 2019/20; if the solution is successful, there may be option for the Council to secure funding for further years. . Main objective is to support Mathematics learning and improvement. Solution must: - allow each pupil should to have their own unique profile - provide mathematics games for primary, secondary and additional support needs pupils of all school ages; - content to include mathematics Puzzles and Challenges; - solution should be accessible from desktop and mobile devices and accessible 24/7, 365 days for pupils at school or home. . Teachers require progress tracking and reports from pupil usage. . Solution must be readily available and not in development; required immediately.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE EXCLUSION GROUNDS: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The initial period of the Contract will be 12 months. As this project is subject to funding, the Council seek the option to extend annually for up to a further period of 36 months should funding be provided.
