The samples are collected as per the International Maritime Organisation's Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments 2004 guidelines. We are looking to contract a suitable laboratory for the provision of ballast water sample analysis for phyto- and zooplankton. The contract will be for an initial period of 36 months, the Authority, at sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the term of the contract for 2 further 12-month periods.
