## Summary

The Scottish Police Authority is conducting a procurement process titled "Provision of Market Research for User Satisfaction Survey," located in Glasgow, UK. The contract is currently in the award stage, with a total value of £125,000. The procurement method used is an open procedure, allowing for a competitive tendering process. The deadline for bid submissions was 24 September 2019, and the successful supplier, Progressive, was awarded the contract on 5 November 2019. The key task involves executing approximately 1,200 telephone surveys monthly over a duration of 12 months.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in market research and user satisfaction surveys, particularly those with experience in telephone surveying and public sector contracts. Companies that can demonstrate a strong technical capability and a competitive pricing strategy will be well-positioned to compete. As the Scottish Police Authority seeks to refresh its survey methodology, businesses that offer innovative approaches to data collection and analysis could find themselves in a favourable position to win future contracts in public order and safety sectors.
