### Lot Information

Lot 1

By way of background, the Second Chancers campaign launched in October 2018. See: www.secondchancers.tv A series of films and an audio exhibition explore positivity, hope, aspiration and chaos through the lens of people with experience of the justice system. It gives a voice to people who have grabbed a 'second chance'. Building on the success of the current campaign, we are in the midst of planning a phase 2. This will follow on from phase 1 - storytelling, and providing a voice to people who have experience of the Scottish justice system. However, this time around we will be focussing on the 'unsung community heroes' - people such as GPs, Teachers, Police Officers, Mentors, Support Workers, Nurses etc. - and their reflections on our system. Professionals who are part of the wider system, who go above and beyond, who demonstrate integrity and kindness as standard day-in day-out, and who demonstrate the importance of a multi-agency approach. Phase 2 will be a new audio exhibition, around 8 audio stories - no films, based on these reflections. To date, the exhibition has visited more than 30 Scottish venues including community centres, libraries, schools, universities, colleges, The Scottish Law Society, Local Authorities, health centres etc. In addition, we have released two new animations on smart justice. See: www.communityjustice.scot The animations are viewed in conjunction with the Second Chancers campaign and help to raise awareness about the Scottish justice system. We are looking to award a contract for the provision of Media Planning and Buying Services to continue our work to change the conversation about community justice and prevention of offending, shift attitudes and increase understanding. Specific media activity will be agreed upon award of the contract.
