Applicants should describe in detail how they will meet the following outcomes: - Improved wellbeing and increased resilience for Children and Young People (12-15 years) - Increased Mental Health and Wellbeing awareness for families - Increased support for families, children and young people to build positive family relationships to improve health, wellbeing and resilience.. This project is part of NHS Lothian's Health Improvement Fund. The Health Improvement Fund exists to fund and support health improvement activities across Lothian. The Fund can be used for a wide range of activities seeking to promote health and prevent ill-health, but should not be used for clinical services (regardless of where those clinical services are delivered). Renewal: 1 extension of 1 year.
