## Summary

The Kilmartin Museum Company Ltd, located in Argyll, UK, is currently conducting a tender for the "Redevelopment Project Director Brief", which aims to manage a GBP 6.8 million redevelopment project for an archaeological museum and visitor attraction. This open procurement process focuses on services and is currently in the active stage. Interested parties should submit their bids electronically by 23rd September 2019. The project includes significant construction elements that will enhance the visitor experience and preserve the cultural heritage of the site.

This tender presents a unique opportunity for businesses specialising in project management, construction, and design services. Firms with expertise in delivering heritage projects, managing complex stakeholder engagements, and working within budget constraints will be particularly well-suited to compete. Given the sizeable budget and scope of the redevelopment, successful contractors may find additional project opportunities arising from this engagement as the museum aims to collaborate closely with various design teams and external stakeholders throughout the process.
