Responses to ESPD will be used to select 6 suitable contractors to tender. Tenders will be 40:60 quality/price. Contractor will be appointed using MEAT. There will be a possible contract extension - based on contractor performance - for a further 2 years (1+1+1). The Year 1 works (98 properties) are to run from November 2019 to March 2020, the option for year 2 (Aprox 35 properties) running from April 2020 to March 2021 and the option for year 3 (Aprox 35 properties) from April 2021 to March 2022.
