There are four shower areas to be refurbished, each consisting of two shower cubicles and one wash hand basin. Flooring is concrete with existing drainage and each shower cubicle raised on a timber plinth (minus one area within Bruce wing). The floor area of each facility measures approximately 7m squared. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The SPS shall commence this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of this Prior Information Notice, a Contract Notice and an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders.
