Lot 1

Building. joinery, plumbing, and electrical works to improve facilities within swimming pool Alter Reception/Viewing area. Remove fittings and partition wall in existing toilet block and form new office space. Form new toilet block within existing cafe area. Build external extension to cafe area. Strip out existing two changing areas, remove load bearing partition wall and fit new steel beam and supporting pillars. Make good changing area including tiling to walls and floor. Install new showers and toilets (external to changing area). Build new disabled toilets to form a single area Install a direct water supply. Replace existing suspended ceilings.
