## Notice

The requirement includes having the ability to respond to and attend emergency situations within 2 hours of notification, 24 hours a day, including weekends, bank and public holidays. It is anticipated that there will be around 200 jobs per month.

Lot 1

The aim of this procurement is to create a framework of contractors that Stirling Council can call off against for electrical reactive maintenance works for their public buildings. The successful contractors are required to: Undertake primarily reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis for Stirling Council Undertake planned projects for Stirling Council as and when required Attend emergency situations within 2 hours of notification, 24 hours a day, including weekends, bank and public holidays All electrical work must be carried out under the agreed timescales and Priority Levels: Priority 1 - Emergency Call Out - response required within 2 hours Priority 2 - High Priority - response required within 3 days Priority 3 - Medium Priority - response required within 20 days Priority 4 - Planned Projects / maintenance - response required within 4-6 weeks

Renewal: The contract may be extended for a further period of 12 months to 31 January 2023.
