The SRUC is looking to appoint a Service Provider for provision of a range of Managed Cleaning and Soft Facilities Maintenance Services, variable on a site by site basis, and includes: * Cleaning * Housekeeping (residential cleaning, to include a higher level of 'hotel service' relating to accommodation rental) * Janitorial services and provision of consumables * Internal waste management * Window cleaning * Sanitary products * Portering * Laundry and Linen Services The objective, as detailed within the Specification, is that the Service Provider delivers all of the services required using best industry practice.

Renewal: Two annual extensions may be available.

Central Region Faculty
