This procurement presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in mental health support services or community wellbeing initiatives. Companies with experience in providing compassion-driven support and intervention services will be particularly well-suited to compete for this contract. The service requires a capability to engage effectively with vulnerable individuals and ensure seamless coordination with emergency services. Given the emphasis on local outreach, businesses that demonstrate strong connections to the Glasgow community and a track record of responsive service delivery could have a competitive advantage.
