### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract is for the all-inclusive maintenance/call out repair of gas heating system, gas servicing, servicing and replacement of heat alarms, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors and the checking of thermostatic bath mixer valves to properties owned / managed by Easthall Park Housing Co-operative (the Co-operative). The estimated annual value of the contract is approximately 100,000 GBP excluding VAT per annum. The Contract will initially run for a period of 3 years with the option for renewal, at the sole discretion of the Co-operative, for an extension of up to a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore 5 years. The Cooperative has 695 tenanted properties under its control and the Cooperatives office premises/ community facility will be incorporated into the contract. The successful contractor will be required to ensure that their organisational structure, labour and plant resources enable them to perform the contract, including meeting the minimum target response times for all repairs.. TUPE may apply to this contract and further information on this will be provided at ITT stage.

Renewal: The buyer may, entirely at their own discretion, extend the contract for two further periods of one year.
