As fully described within the draft tender documents. The pricing of the works will be on an all inclusive annual basis for all works, servicing and reactive maintenance.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The estimated value is 325,000.00 GBP per annum taken over the full contract period and including full optional period equates to 1,625,000.00 GBP.
