### Lot Information

Lot 1

We are looking for a service provider to provide an out of hours on call service for emergency repairs. The service will be required to operation from 5pm to 9am every weekday, weekends and public holidays. We will require the service provider to answer calls from our tenants in respect of emergency repairs. The repairs will need to be logged on our system and the relevant contractor instructed to carry out the repairs.

Renewal: Initially one year with the option of extending by a further one plus one year. The contract would potentially be 3 years in total.
