Services will consist of general Medical Adaptation works to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion

Multi Trade Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works.

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Renewal: The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion

Void Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works.
