Four (4) individual venues are required in Motherwell. Tenderers will be assessed on Most Economically Advantageous Tender Model to identify top 4 highest scoring bids; these will be proposed for contract award. . Requirements are fully detailed in the ITT, contained with Public Contracts Scotland Portal. Proposals must include a venue, management and activity. . Specific conditions are all the following dates must be provided for: - Christmas Holidays , 20th December 2019 until 24th December 2019 - 27th - 31st December 2019 - 3rd - Sunday 5th January 2020 (13 days) - February Holidays, 8th February - 11th February inclusive (4 days). 17 days total 11.30 to 1.30pm each day.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
