The contract is to supply and operate vehicles suitable for carrying at least 65 passengers in a responsible and compliant manner to the satisfaction of the Director of Estates and/or his representative. Renewal: We anticipate the contract to be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods, each of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
