The Council would like to invite any parties interested in supplementing and expanding this network for 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 to get in touch. Please be aware that there is no guarantee of work, as any clearing required would be requested on an as and when required basis. If you are interested in joining this network of contractors please initially contact Moray Council, giving your location, the area in which you could assist, the type of plant you have available and what assistance you could provide. To express an initial interest or to request further information, please respond to this PIN notice via the question & answer service on this portal. In order to allow the Council to establish an accurate idea of available coverage for winter 2019/20/21, if you do wish to express then we would be most grateful if you could do so by Friday 1st November 2019.
